Action required before August 24

Three things to take care of in advance

Please read this before the release - some data cannot be recovered afterwards.

1 No carry-over

Assignments will not carry over

Any assignment running past August 24 will not be transferred to the new dashboard. Plan your assignment end dates accordingly.

2 Deadline August 23

Export your assignment data

No assignment data is migrated. If student results matter to you - completion dates, read time, who finished what - export or screenshot them by August 23 at the latest.

3 App update

Everyone must update the app

The BOOKR Class app has to be updated to version 4.3.0 to work with the new Teacher's Dashboard. Ask your students to update as well.

Why we rebuilt it

You asked. We listened.

The new Teacher's Dashboard grew out of hundreds of conversations with teachers and school admins using the BOOKR Class Teacher's Dashboard every day.

1

Based on teacher feedback

Every screen was shaped by what teachers and school admins reported from real classroom use.

2

Every request evaluated

We reviewed all incoming requests, grouped them by impact and started with the ones that unblock daily teaching.

3

A phased approach

This is Phase 1. Phase 2 is already in planning, so the dashboard keeps growing with you through the school year.

What's new

Nine things you'll notice right away

Modern, more user-friendly UI

A cleaner, calmer interface with clear hierarchy - fewer clicks for everyday tasks, consistent navigation and plain-language labels throughout, so the thing you need is where you expect it.

AI Assistant

A helper you can ask. It recommends content for a student or class and generates vocabulary and word tests, finds material that matches your curriculum, and walks you through the app or the dashboard step by step when something is not working.

Improved user & license management

Manage classes, students, teachers and licences from one place, with live licence counts and expiry warnings.

Assignments

A guided five-step flow to assign books, flashcards, songs, reading lists, daily goals and tests.

AI Curriculum Alignment

Upload your syllabus and watch as the AI builds a complete curriculum alignment.

Speaking Studio

A dedicated space for speaking practice, with student submissions gathered next to your other class data.

Meaningful statistics & reporting

Quick Facts, trends, rankings and student comparisons - all exportable.

Better content filtering

Filter the whole library by level, age range, skills and topic to reach the right title in seconds.

Worksheets & lesson plans

Printable worksheets and ready-made lesson plans built around the books you assign.

Take a look

A guided tour of the new screens

Dashboard

Your class at a glance

Reading trends, monthly book interactions and a live ranking of who read the most - on the first screen you land on.

Dashboard screen: a twelve-month line chart of books completed per class, a monthly book-interactions bar chart, and a Who read the most panel ranking the top three students by books read and reading time.
User Management

Classes, students and licences together

Quick Facts show active and available licences plus anything expiring in the next seven days.

User Management screen: Quick Facts tiles reading 728 students in school, 126 active licences, 9,977 available and 1 ending within seven days, above a sortable table of classes with their student and teacher counts.
Assignments

Assign anything in five guided steps

Choose books, flashcards, songs, reading lists, a daily goal, a comprehension test or a placement test.

New Assignment screen: a five-step progress bar, with the first step offering assignment types as cards - books, flashcards, songs, reading lists, a daily goal, a comprehension test and a placement test.
Reports and statistics

Numbers that actually mean something

Filter by class and date range, then read completions, reading time and exercises with change against the previous period.

Reports and statistics screen: class and date-range filters above Quick Facts tiles for books completed, reading time, exercises and assignments, each showing its change against the previous period, beside a per-class line chart.
Reports and statistics

Every student, sortable and exportable

One table for the whole school with per-student progress and one-click export.

Reports and statistics screen: a table of all 905 students with columns for books completed, reading sessions, exercises and assignments, every figure carrying a percentage-change badge, plus an Export button.
Reports and statistics

Spot who needs attention

Top performers, students below average, largest gains and largest drops, side by side.

Reports and statistics screen: four panels side by side - Top Performers above average, Underperforming below average, Largest Gain and Largest Drop - each listing ranked students with their percentage change.
Reports and statistics

Compare two students directly

Reading time, completions, exercises, coins and success rate lined up for a straight comparison.

Compare students screen: two students set against each other as opposing horizontal bars for reading time, books completed, book sessions, exercises, coins and success rate.
Content

Find the right book faster

Browse books, flashcards, songs, reading lists and resources with filters for skills and age range.

Content screen: Quick Facts tiles counting 1,081 books, 287 flashcards, 73 songs, 166 reading lists and 549 resources, above tabs and filters for 21st-century skills and age range.
