My student can’t log in. What should I do?

A couple of things that need to be checked in this topic:

• Do your students have Student codes?
• Are they typing it to the right place on the login screen?
• Are they paying attention to the lowercase and capital letters in the Student Code?

What is a student code?

A Student code is a 10 digit alphanumeric code which is needed for students to log in to the BOOKR Class Mobile and Classroom app.

How can the students log in to the Mobile and Classroom App?

If you have added your students to the Teacher’s Dashboard and assigned them an Active licence, they should be able to log in to the Mobile and Classroom app with their Student codes. 

How do I log in to the BOOKR Class Mobile app and Classroom App?

To log in to the BOOKR Class Mobile or Classroom App you can use the same email address and password you enter to the Teacher’s Dashboard. Your Teacher’s Dashboard login information was provided either by us at BOOKR or your School Admin issued them. If you are not sure what your password is, please click on ‘forgot password’ on the login pages of both the Teacher’s Dashboard and the Mobile App. You’ll receive an email from us with instructions on how to reset your password. 

How can I download the BOOKR Classroom App?

The BOOKR Classroom app is available both for Windows and Mac OSX computers. 

In Case of an Mac OSX device:

• Open the App Store on your computer
• Type BOOKR Class in the Search field
• Download the application to your computer
• Install the .dmg file

In case of a Windows device:

•  Open the Microsoft Store on your device
• Type BOOKR Class in the Search field
• Press Download
• Wait till the Installation will be completed

What is the BOOKR Classroom App?

The BOOKR Classroom app is a desktop application available for Windows and Mac OSX. The application has the same features and functions as the mobile-based Library app. Teachers can use the Classroom app while teaching online or in the classroom by projecting their screen. It is available for both teacher and student subscribers.
