How can we add more licences?
The easiest way to do this is to contact us via our website price request form. Tell us how many licences you need, when they should go active and for how long they should be valid. Then we’ll send you a quote and paperwork and after all that we’ll be issuing you the requested licences.
What happens if I run out of active licences?
The easiest way to do this is to contact us via our website price request form and let us know how many licences you need, when they would need to go Active and for how long they should be valid. Then we’d send you a quote and paperwork. After that we’d issue all the licences you need and you’ll be able to assign these licences to your students and teachers as well.
What happens if a student licence expires?
If your student’s licence expires they can still log in to the BOOKR Class Mobile App and Classroom app but won’t be able to read all the books from beginning to end, subsequently they won’t be generating new reading statistics. To ensure continuous access to the BOOKR content we suggest you keep an eye on the licence expiry dates and assign license to students in time.
What happens if my teacher licence expires?
After your licence expired you’d be able to log in to the Teacher’s Dashboard, Mobile App and Classroom App. You can still see all data regarding your students, books, statistics etc. But you won’t be able to assign books, add new students and, add or remove licences etc. Also you won’t be able to read all the books from beginning to end in the Mobile and Classroom Applications. To ensure continuous access to the BOOKR system we suggest you keep an eye on your licence expiry dates and extend when it expires.
How do I remove a licence from a student?
❯ Go to ‘Students’ and select the students whose licence you’d like to remove.
❯ Click ‘Manage Selected’ and choose ‘Remove licence’.
❯ A pop up window appears asking you to confirm and when you click ‘OK’ the licence will be removed.
❯ The student’s licence status icon will turn red ‘Missing’.
How do I assign a licence to a student?
❯ Go to the ‘Students’ section where you can find the list of students that you or other teachers have already added to the Teacher’s Dashboard.
❯ Select a student or multiple students from the list. Click ‘Manage Selected’ and choose ‘Add/Extend licence’. A pop up window will show the licence packages that your school purchased with the start and end date. When you assign a licence, bear in mind the end date of the licence. Once the end date has passed the student won’t be able to access all the books in the BOOKR Class library application. But don’t worry, all their data will remain safe. Click ‘Add licence’ and the licence icon will become green and ‘Active’.
❯ Now that your students have licenses, they can use their student codes to log in to the BOOKR Class mobile app and access the entire collection of books and games.
